Mike's wife Becky joined the business six years ago and keeps the business ticking and growing. Office Administrator Romaine manages the diary, keeps all the engineers organised and will be your first point of contact on the phones. There's no one quite like Baz, which is why he's Special! An all round star engineer, Baz particularly loves fitting underfloor heating and pipework.

From the first contact with the office, visit from Mike to quote for the installation of a new boiler and radiators, boiler, new pipework, radiator fitting by Baz to the connection of the radiators by Danny, superb. Laceys came to install a thermostat at my Mum's house and the boiler stopped working soon after. The staff were on site for 4 hours and replaced a part, but unfortunately the boiler could not be repaired. The team were brilliant and a quote for a ew boiler arrived the next morning and it is due to be installed tomorrow. I can't thank every member of the team enough, who have gone over and above to ensure my Mum has heating as soon as possible in this cold snap. Highly recommend to anyone

It's easy to book in by email, the resulting invoice never contains surprises and the engineer Danny in particular is a very pleasant, professional member of their team

Brilliant Company. I met the owners Mike and Becky on a training course that we did together. I found them to be really friendly and personable people who were committed to running a great small business.
At our office we were using electric fan heaters as there was no central heating, they were horrible and they cost a fortune to run. We made the decision to get a boiler and radiators installed so began looking for quotes.
As it's good business practice we approached 3 companies to provide us with a quote. One of them didn't even bother turning up to quote us yet Lacey's turned up as promised

We have just had a boiler installed and couldn’t be happier. The office staff were very responsive to messages from myself, and the engineer that came called Danny was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was really anxious about getting the work done, as it’s hard to know who to trust. Went through the Bosch Worcester website and they were highly rated local tradespeople, so chose them. Contacted me quickly, arranged a site visit and gave a reasonable quote for the work. Engineer did a good job. Everything was on time and professional. Minor snagging sorted without fuss. Admin team were good point of contact. Finance for the boiler sorted easily. Very happy with service and will use for future plumbing work.
