All commercial landlords/tenants who rent part or all of a property have been forced by a law which was passed through government in 1996 to have all gas appliances and pipework checked and maintained annually. Swiftheat engineers are qualified to carry out the yearly gas safety checks and will present you with your CP17 Gas Safety Certificate once your property has been inspected and passed the checks.

After several heating engineers failed to solve the problem of our Church's faulty heating system, I contacted Swift Heat who diagnosed the problem. They promptly ordered and replaced the faulty valve and the heating is now back on. Swift Heat dealt with the problem quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
