Needed a new locking mechanism for a composite front door...these guys are great. I called in as I only live around the corner. They found the right mechanism and handles to fit. I needed to swap the handles for a slightly longer version and they exchanged the first set with no quibbles. They gave excellent advice and really know what they are talking about, which for a novice like me, was brilliant. First rate services and half the price of big DIY shops (+ you know you are getting the right part). Cannot recommend highly enough. I know I will be back again whenever I need other items.

Called in to GB DIY Store to pick up a few locks, and spoke to Dave, who is very knowledgeable about all the items that they stock.
I was unsure about the some of the replacement parts that I needed, but after talking to Dave I was soon sorted with the correct parts.
