With over 30 years experience in the roofing industry we have successfully diversified into the supply of flat roof windows, canopies & carports, roof lanterns and orangeries.
You can apply for one of our trade accounts, where you can make savings on the products you would normally purchase from our trade counter, on our website. If our trade counter is closed, you can still purchase the products you need at any time you like, and we will have them ready for collection the next working day.
Roof windows can be opened like normal windows and in some cases, also serve as an additional fire escape route. Used to reclaim dark and unused spaces in your home, roof windows turn them into open, light, airy and usable rooms. Installation in roof pitches from 55° up to 75° is possible, but specially manufactured springs must be ordered.
Our centre-pivot roof windows are easy-to-open, easy-to-use, easy-to-install and can bring light and fresh air into any space. Innovative controls allow you to install the window lower than an equivalent top-hung operated roof window to get an excellent view while standing and when seated. Even when furniture is situated directly beneath the roof window, they are easy to open and close, allowing complete flexibility and better views.
If your house or property is in a conservation area, chances are you'll need planning permission before any changes are made to reduce impact to the building or surrounding area. In order to get it, you'll need to ensure that the windows you are installing are in keeping with their protected surroundings.

If you have any other options, use another supplier.
A very simple order turned into a series of massively delayed deliverys, and orders missing parts when they did arrive.
After months of not getting things, I realised it wasn't something the company could manage and had to cancel the order.
I hoped there'd recognise what had got us there, and they would honour their T's and C's and it would be a simple refund.
Even though they had failed multiple times they didn't want to refund me the whole amount. It took three months of ignored emails, their reception being unable to put calls back, promised

Ordered an item on 11th April because according to website it was in stock and should have been delivered in 4-5 days hence the reason i chose to order from this company.Today is 22nd , item still not delivered, tried emailing /sending online messages few times but nobody bordered to reply..I have called few times but the polycarbonate department is never available to talk and they never call back...
So still no idea if this item will be delivered any time soon???
Not very impressed with the service i have received so far and definitely will not recommend

A big shout out to Karen and Rachael who really jumped through hoops to process my order which proved rather troublesome. They organised shipping of a fairly large order to Ireland which arrived really fast, in perfect condition and even though shipping was expensive I still saved a small fortune! Thanks a lot guys!!

Now at this point I can only refer to presales and aftersales experience. I have not yet unpacked the product or installed it so I will update this later once complete. So story so far:
Presales questions about delivery were very honest and accurate. I was told that due to covid the current lead times will be longer, they were, but not by much; 15 days from order to receipt.
Within a day of ordering I had an email asking me to confirm dimensions and the specifications for style and glass. In that email they gave me very

Where do i start. Not at all happy with this company. Firstly they sent the wrong order. We paid for a certain size window but they sent a smaller one but sent the correct size flashing as per the order. So then we had to wait for the other size flashing to be delivered and also a bracket. We fitted this but could not open the window at all. The only option left for us was to order another window, from a different company, this meant extra labour costs as well. As of today we are still waiting for pick up of the flashing kit in which i have wasted 2 days. Would not recommend this company at all
