Quality windows & doors fitted at a good price, communication slipped at one point but the excellent fitter that came soon sorted out the issue, fantastic workmanship from the fitter, completely professional & worked solidly to get the job done to excellent standard, couldn't fault the service from the fantastic team they employ. Would highly recommend.

At first diamond were very good and helpful. After they received our deposit they stopped talking to us. It's been two months now, a survey should have been carried out weeks ago. Or that's what they told us.
My wife has been calling once a week to find out what's happening and they just fob her off. We feel a bit scammed to be honest.
Shame as they came highly recommended.

Had 10 windows and 3 doors fitted. Communication was a bit poor and vague at the start, but the price was very good and installation was second to none. The 2 lads who came and finished in 3 days with no mess or hassle.
The windows and doors were a great quality with a good long guarantee. Highly recommend this company.

After having bifold doors installed by this company my overall rating is not good as sadly the after sales support is bad with an attitude that once you have paid for the job they are not really interested. My doors require adjustment however after a couple of wasted afternoons waiting for someone to turn up as promised and no contact after they haven't turned up I am now going to hire somebody else to adjust them. Several phone calls and messages left with no reply. On closer inspection the plaster work is amateurish also. I have found next to no reviews on this company which probably tells its
