About us Report

We carry out a no pressure survey and a free no obligation quote. On receipt of quote we would hope for an email just to acknowledge that you had received it, then its completely up to you if you wish to take advantage of our great services! HSI started as a rewire and repair company and quickly moved into EICR/PIR and PAT testing services for landlords and letting agents.

Rewires Report

At HSI Electrical Edinburgh we provide a comprehensive rewiring service. The rewires carried out at hsi comply to all safety and building regulation requirements. If rescuing your wiring is not possible a full rewire may be necessary. This will be carried out with the minimum of disruption, by a company that specialises in this area.

Electrical Testing Report

Please note not all EICR tests are carried out to the standards required. We will take a minimum of 1.5 - 2 hours for 2 men for even a 1 bedroom flat because thats how long it takes to carry out the job properly sometimes it takes up to 4 hours at the same fixed price.

LED Lighting Report

We specialise in installing LED office and residential lighting, save between 50 - 90 % on your electricity bills when teamed up with a voltage regulator. A 40Watt 600mm x 600mm LED Panel fitting would look amazing in any room or office. It offers excellent light output, performance and value.
