The 825 model are perfect boilers when installed in a one-bathroom smaller property, such as an apartment. It's compact size means that is small enough to fit into a cupboard, but also powerful enough to deliver 10.4 litres a minute of hot water! Due to there also being a 30 and 35kW models, this range can also be installed in larger properties, such as a three bedroom house or larger apartments.

So impressed with the service and how quick he was able to come round and fix our issue with the boiler especially in this cold weather... like a guardian angel at short notice. Winston is a lovely guy who was so professional and efficient and managed to fix the problem we had and gave us great advice! Definitely highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Winston and the team at Avenue Heating enough.
They’ve just completed an extensive upgrade to our hot water and heating system; they provided an absolutely first class service at a very competitive price (they were the cheapest of 3 quotes and came in under budget). They’re also incredibly professional, honest, easy to deal with and great with communication.
We’re absolutely delighted with the end result and I have subsequently used Winston to manage an electrical re-wire which was competed professionally and to the usual high standard. I would absolutely no hesitation

Called avenue heating from a list of local recommendations to help my elderly parents - leaking tank in the airing cupboard. (The tank was nearly 40 years old and did not owe us anything!) Winston was there within four hours, worked very hard to minimise damage from the leak, assessed the job, provided a quote and returned as promised early the next day to replace the tank and resolve all the associated problems. Very pleasant to deal with, left all tidy and even took the trouble to phone later to check all was well after a couple of very busy days. Like everyone else, I highly recommend this business

Just received astonishingly great service from Avenue Heating. Our old boiler needed an expensive part to resurrect it - decided to cut our losses and replace - Winston and his team had a new system installed by 7pm the very next day. Incredibly nice guys, nothing too much trouble and totally straightforward to deal with. So thankful for exactly the kind of responsiveness you wish for when you suddenly find yourself without heating and hot water!

My elderly mum has dementia and we rent out her house. The boiler was having some issues, I was highly recommended Winston and he attended the same day out of normal hours. We were so grateful as British Gas said we had to wait 2 weeks, in the middle of winter. We needed a new boiler, he sourced and fitted it in 7 days, and he even called us a few days later just to check all was well! Thank you for the excellent customer experience. Highly recommend and we’ll defiantly use again! We are very happy
