Terrible customer service requiring paypal intervention. I ordered a glass herschel infrared panel from here and as with another review it arrived shattered. I was dissapointed and asked for a refund. They wanted to send a replacement only whereas I wanted a refund as was put off by the catastrophic damage to the item when the box it came in showed very little damage. As soon as I said no to the replacement they ceased contact and I now have to hope paypal can resolve my issue. Needless to say I recommend avoiding this company.
