Recently bought a rug from this company. Although our original choice of rug was unavailable Nick gave us alternatives, one of which we chose and we are delighted with our purchase. Excellent communication by email and phone by Nick ensured this. Have bought 2 rugs from Nick now & this would be my go to company next time I need a rug.

Nick is very personable & has provided excellent customer service on both occasions & the rugs are lovely & great quality. I couldn't find a rug the size and colour I needed. Nick had great patience and we emailed for several days so that he could offer me a choice. They were all suitable but I took his recommendation and I am so delighted with the colour, high quality and the price compared with others I looked at before finding this company.

Best customer service you can have combined with good quality, best price and superb choice. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone - I would recommend it to EVERYONE. Outstanding service provided by Nick Manson.
