I called this company asking them to fit carpet that was taken up by my builders and to re-fit it upstairs. They asked me for measurements (rough) for which I provided. They promised me that they would call me back with an indication of price (which they did, within half an hour or so), they gave me a price which seemed reasonable.
The downfall is that they asked me for full payment upfront, which they say is their standard way of doing business. The only thing they had to provide in terms of materials were grippers.
I therefore decided not to use them and I would STRONGLY urge anyone that are

First class service at a competitive price. Sean was very helpful and efficient. The two fitters were quick, charming and left the house very tidy. They even filled in holes in the floor and around the edges of the room. I would recommend them and we’ll be using them in future. Thanks for a job well done.

Thames Valley Carpet & Flooring supplied & fitted our lounge & dining room with Moduleo flooring. Excellent customer service and advice throughout, with an excellent price. The fitter was very polite smart & punctual and there was no mess. Outstanding workmanship and totally transformed our lounge & dining room. 10/10 we will definitely be using Thames Valley Carpet & Flooring again. Highly recommended.
