We've just had our carpet fitted by Deepdene Carpets up two sets of stairs and landings. Originally went in to store (after lockdown) to advice about carpet and staorcase and was so impressed with Gerald's knowledge that we instantly felt reassured and happy. We knew the service was going to be brilliant from the great service in-store. Gerald was prompt with returning calls, coming to measure up and give a quote. Once the carpet had been delivered, we arranged a date which was reasonably soon after initial appointment. Dave and Andy came to fit the carpet and were finished in good time. They worked

Deepdene Carpets replaced all of the carpets in our house. We like using local businesses and we weren't at all disappointed. The initial conversation in the shop was a little slow going, possibly because we were clueless but the communication, advice and result to our house is brilliant. The carpets were installed a year ago now and given our household of child and dog being considered, the advice was spot on (and cheaper!). Thanks for such brilliant and specialist service!

I've used Gerald at Deepdene Carpets for many years. He has done my house, annex and a couple of investment flats. I've always found him helpful and a great local alternative to the poor service offered by the larger chain stores. Would recommend them without hesitation

Professional from start to finish, Deepdene Carpets did an excellent job of transforming our rather tired looking stairway and landing (along with three bedrooms) into something quite special. Useful, pragmatic suggestions from Mr Beth along with superb fitting from Andy (who has been fitting carpets for 25 years!) ensured a wonderful result for which we are delighted. Pricing is competitive, and while cheaper may be found elsewhere, you get what you pay for. Service from local competitive suppliers is sketchy at best which is why we will only ever use Deepdene Carpets in future.

We have always used Deepdeen. They have always given best advice and quality service.
Their Carpet fitters are fantastic,and hard working.
I am afraid I did not use Millners due to lack of help regarding which carpet to go for, and their attitude towards hard flooring.

Wouldn't use. Popped in for a check price. Very rude and unhelpful. As such I am going with Milners Ashtead. They know how to treat customers. The owner ( I assume thats who I spoke to) has an attitude and its no surprise the shop seems empty all the time.
