Heat from the air is absorbed at low temperature into a fluid. This fluid then passes through a compressor where its temperature is increased, and transfers its higher temperature heat to the heating and hot water circuits of the house. The air source heat pump (ASHP) complies with government guidelines and local authority building regulations, reduces carbon emissions.

If I could give a 0 star then I would were do I even begin with this company! I had the new air source heat pump fitted because it supposedly energy efficient (rubbish) my bills have increased. I had weeks and weeks of no heating, no hot water and multiple leaks. One of the directors is extremely rude and has no idea how to deal with customers! To top it off they claimed the £10,000 from the government without my consent!!! 4 months down the line and still issues with no heating or hot water. NEVER use this company

Had the system fit last week could not fault them from suff the first guy who came to see us to Marcus who did the technical survey and Richard who is one of the bosses were brilliant nothing to much trouble and can I also mention the lads that fit it were brilliant and sarah at the office so friendly and kept us informed all the time this company was the best I have dealt with in a long time a company that really cares

The own Russ has scammed me and he his a con man, I have known Russ since school and he's still the same, he thinks his month can talk him out of anything. Cow boy

Commented to this company on social media then they blocked me think it's because I've found out who they are. Mr and Mrs Steelyard own the company which also owned Heart heating solutions. Very close names for company's that. They even have their picture on their website. Be warned these con people will not think twice of install you something that does not work. We have now reported this company

I had a problem system installed by another company. H I ES that got involved recommended this company. It was clear from the beginning that Mark Steeple had a proper understanding of Airpumps, In complete contrast to the previous company. He has completely sorted out the total mess and been extremely supportive about the whole project. Thank you very much

My parents recently had a system installed by Project heating and iv got to say my parents absolutely loved their experience with them from start to finish. The Air source has been since January and they have had 0 issues apart from the dog wasn't to keen on it to begin with. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Once my house purchase goes through on my new house il myself will be getting one with these guys too after seeing how smooth everything went with my parents.

We had a really excellent experience with this company. Jo the sales rep came round to see us and explained everything in detail about how it would be done and how long it would take. We then signed to let Russ come and do a survey of our property which takes about 2 hours, everything was explained the why’s and the how’s and if we needed any radiators upgrading. We the proceeded with the fitting of the equipment approximately a week later. The guys that came to do the fitting were absolutely top notch jo and the boys not forgetting Martin the sparky were a real pleasure and would have no hesitation
