Waning.. This company cannot be trusted to stick to any arrangements made.
Absolutely diabolical service. Had an appointment arranged to service Boiler on an empty property. We were given a time slot of 10am to 2pm. No problem with that but we explained that as the property was empty we would need at least 30 minutes notice to enable us to get to the property to let them in. They guaranteed that they would call us an hour before they arrived. Having had no call we decided to go to the property and arrived at just before 1pm to find a card pushed through the door saying we had missed the appointment

I highly recommend this company after they fitted my new boiler this week. Excellent communications prior to work being carried out, all times and dates quoted were spot on . James and Mike were the men who carried out the work and from start to finish were exemplary , very professional and friendly , fully explained everything before leaving. well done Scarbrook thank you

In the past, I've had dealings with Scarbrook on behalf of my mother and have been very pleased with the customer service and work carried out. Now I want to get in touch regarding options for a central heating system for my own home and they just don't call back!! I first called on Wed 4/12 and spoke to an electrician who said he would get someone to call the following day. I called back late afternoon and left a voice message, no response. I left another voice message late Friday afternoon - nothing. My husband called on Tuesday 10/12 and left another voice message - still nothing. Maybe they

Very difficult to get through on phone, just rings then goes voicemail but left message but no call back, so left second message today, lets wait and see.
