We have built a reputation for providing a client-focused service for both one-off and continuing commissions from a comprehensive and diverse clientele with the practice servicing projects locally as well as nationally. Providing high standards of design and construction management is central to the practice philosophy and is delivered with a can-do approach.
From inception to completion, brp architects can work with you to deliver your buildings, whether this is provided via a full service appointment as outlined in the RIBA Plan of Work or on a partial 'stage by stage' basis. We pride ourselves on being flexible regarding the terms of our appointment, and will consider each potential project individually.
As a Practice we have been employing 3 Dimensional CAD and other in-house systems, that have become collectively known as Building Information Modeling or BIM, for over 25 years now. More recently we have invested a great deal of time fine tuning our BIM strategy, redeveloping our CAD standards from the ground up, implementing many of the more recently published BIM Layer Naming and Interoperability Standards.

Found this firm through the inept Find an Architect service through RIBA. After an excellent first meeting the firm failed to meet their own deadlines for initial drawings and when they did arrive they had ignored a vital part of the brief. When the revised set of plans arrived ( late again) they had once again ignored another not negotiable we had stressed. We dispensed with their services at that time but they still saw fit to charge c80% of their fee.
