Appalling customer service.
1. Went to the housing development on a closed day, having previously advised it was closed on that day, for them to blame me.
2. They had been and done the measuring and didn't bother to advise they'd been, but again blamed me when we didn't turn up the next day to choose the carpets and blinds.?!
3. We organised to go in Saturday morning as they were free. Turned up at 10.30 and customers were already in the store. We were asked to wait in the car for 10 minutes and they would come get us due to covid restricting number of people in the store. After an hour and

Just had 4 rooms done with vinyl. The gentleman in the shop was extremely helpful by showing us different types of vinyl. He also wanted to know details of decoration, colours room shape and advised us on colour and pattern clashing. He allowed us to take a couple of sample books home to help us decide.
The fitter who layed the flooring was also excellent. Very high quality and friendly.
I would definitely recommend this family run shop for the personal advice and also for the guy fitting it. It's no sub contractor, so you know who's doing the job.
