We are a family firm of builders who have been working in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire since the 1972. Originally set up by Dick Upton and then carried on by his son Chris. Dick retired at in 2012 at the age of 67 and Chris continues to concentrate on new build properties for sale and rental purposes.
More about our history. We are now beginning the first phase of our site on Hungate road, this will consist of three bedroom bungalows. We are at the planning stage with a new development of 44 homes in the land west of playing field, Emneth. We have completed this Grade II listed building in Downham Market.Our development on Priory Road in Downham Market won several design awards.

Dick Upton was born in 1946 and began his career as an apprentice at WG West Builders in Wisbech. He very quickly worked his way up to Foreman/Manager and then decided to go on his own in business in 1972 (2 years after his son, Chris was born). Chris joined the firm in 1987 after doing a Business Studies course and a subsequent City & Guilds day release course in Bricklaying.
