I found my experience with Clayton to be an absallute waste of time, he turned up to get me a quote for a building we are completing on, took over 1hr getting the information and looking around, he seems to know what he was talking about I was impress, however , he gave me one week to wait for the quote, two weeks later he did not bother to reply my message's or call me with the quote. In the mean time I was pleading with him via texts and phone calls (unanswered) that if he was not going to get back to me he should let me know as my solicitors and the vendors, the entire chain is waiting on me
