Services
Allwood Furniture has been established as a pine and oak furniture specialist since 1994. We have a showroom and warehouse in Skelmersdale, West Lancashire and deliver nationwide. We pride ourselves in our wide choice of bedroom, dining and occasional furniture which we have sourced from carefully selected pine and oak furniture manufacturers from all corners of the world.
Deliveries, collections, etc are being done using safe distancing measures. Our contact hours are 10.00am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri. Greenhey Place is located off Gillibrands Road, Skelmersdale and has easy access from J4 of the M58 motorway. Driving : Turn into Greenhey Place off Gillibrands Road and then immediately turn left and go through the metal gates and past the rear of CEF electrical.
Deliveries for large heavy items are made by our own transport which includes delivery to the room of your choice. We can offer optional unpacking and assembly service at an extra charge. Please ask for further details. Occasionally we use a contractor where delivery will be to your door only. You will be informed how delivery is to be made when the delivery is arranged.
Clearance Ex-Display Item - Manufactured by Core Products and produced mainly using painted cream MDF. Drawer fronts have dovetail joints for extra strength. Beautifully finished in cream with mellow coloured tops and knobs. Easy home assembly. Ex-Display - Corona dressing table mirror to complete this rustic solid pine mexican style of furniture.

Poor Quality furntiure, Poor Attitude to Issues but got there in the end
After a previous good experience purchasing a king size bed frame from Allwood in 2013, we returned in 2014 to buy a matching wardrobe, two chests of drawers and two bedside tables. The sales experience, with Trevor as our salesman, went smoothly and there was no pressure in store.
3 weeks later when the furniture was delivered, Allwood contractors built the wardrobe for us and I unpacked the remaining items when they'd left. On inspection there were quality issues with:
- the wardrobe (top lip had two small indents
