WOW What a breathe of fresh air this company have been to deal with.
From being recommended them, I visited their lovely showroom and Emma was really friendly & helpful.
They have an incredible range of worktop choices, you'd be hard pressed to not find something you liked.
Anna has been in regular contact via email updating me on the situation of when my choice of worktop was coming in to arranging the templating date and finally the fitting date.
I only had to pay a 50% deposit which is very trustworthy as some companies ask for complete payment up front.

Outstanding service. We were so impressed with the care and attention to detail that your fitters displayed while they were in our home. They were so careful and professional and amazingly responsive to small problems that we needed to overcome when managing existing fittings and tiles. They could not have been more generous and helpful with their time and were also such fun to have in our house while they were working. This is a fantastic company with some great staff working for them. We first visited in the early stages of our house renovation and extension project which was a year in advance of needing the worktops. Anna was extremely knowledgable and helpful in narrowing down our choices of quartz worktops. It was helpful to take samples home and try them in different lights etc. Placing our order was easy and we were well informed about our stone delivery and installation. Steve and his team did a great job installing our 3m island (no idea how just two of them lifted it into place!) and our 2m countertop

Oxford Stone Craftsmanship came recommended to us by someone who builds and renovates houses for a living. Anna and the team are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to work with. We were unsure about quite what type of stone we wanted to replace the cheap-looking work surfaces that our house builder had installed. They carry a massive range of stone types and colours and loaned us a wide range of samples that allowed us to settle upon a beautiful dark grey granite with a pearlescent blue fleck.

We recently used Oxford Stone Craftsmanship for the design and installation of our kitchen countertops and a new waterfall kitchen island. From start to finish our experience of OSC was both professional and personal – they helped us choose a beautiful work surface which suited our needs and made some great suggestions on how we could alter our layout to make things more practical. It has transformed our kitchen which now feels like we live in a show-home! We had our kitchen countertops installed Summer 2018. We had a good idea of what we wanted - 12mm grey silestone, something that some competitors wouldn't even quote for. We had some ambitious ideas about what we wanted to acheive - Oxford Stone Craftmanship in my opinion went above and beyond to help us get an outstanding result. I would absolutely recommend them as both helpful, approachable and as craftsmen that know their stuff.

I have used OSC for my worktops, fireplace hearth, and now for my stone window sills and I could honestly not recommend them highly enough! Anna and the team are so professional and punctual, and provide such lovely stones with a really high end finish. 10/10 from me.

We had our stone worktops installed by Oxford Stone Craftsmanship in March 2018. From the beginning it was clear that Steve, Anna and the whole team have a real passion for stone. They helped us discover the worktops we really loved (a white Brazilian quartzite) , let us chose the pieces of stone directly from the wholesaler, and did an excellent job installing the worktops, which really transformed our kitchen. Overall a wonderful experience. Five stars plus.

We have recently had Oxford Stone Craftmanship replace the worktops etc. in our kitchen.
