Tried to return a shower that I had not yet received. I tried calling on several occasions but this was either ignored or I was constantly told the manager was currently busy with a customer and therefore could not speak to me. Was told I would be called back but this never happened. When I finally got in touch, was rudely told that this store does not allow items to be refunded despite being unopened & unused (this is against consumer law). When insisting, the manager reluctantly allowed the refund but informed that they would only partially refund me because they had to deduct costs including

Bath is good no issues, toilet seats crap taps and showers are good.
Our unnamed shower screen broke after 6 months, so for 2 months we waited for a part - our fitter suggested buying a whole new shower screen elsewhere because of one hinge that broke, he said their customer service is so bad you think its a joke.
didn't know the make of some of the items to be able to go elsewhere
if your buying from here, make sure you get labelled parts - if you have a problem you do not want someone saying - months later - do you want me to magic one up?
