Our old conservatory was freezing in winter and roasting in summer and had been relegated to a storage room so we decided to replace it. Craig came out to see us within a couple of days which was very different from the response we got from other companies we enquired with. He was very straightforward and didn't use any of the usual sales tactics but gave us a ballpark price and left it with us.

We used Correct Choice for converting our existing old fashioned conservatory into a modern extension. From the very first meeting at the quote stage right through to completion we cannot fault the service we have received. Craig is very professional & very efficient- he gets done what he says he will & when he says. The guys that did the build were great- came on time & worked hard to get the job done. They tidied up & left everything looking spotless. All the guys involved in the job were a genuine & friendly bunch. The extension looks amazing & we can’t wait to get started on the finishing

I would highly recommend Correct Choice Windows after we used them recently to install replacement windows and doors at our offices. The whole process was very professional from the initial visit to installation. No pressure, no hassle and excellent communication all the way through. The fitters were punctual, polite and very considerate of our employees. Any mess was cleared away at the end of each day.
For an industry which is littered with old school sales tactics and cowboys, these guys are doing things differently and its very refreshing.

The easiest review I’ll ever be able to write. This is how it should be, you agree a price, they come when they say they will and it’s all been planned out so the job goes smoothly and easily. Great communication from the office and the builders did amazing, working hard, arriving when they say they will and tidying up after themselves - in fact my conservatory has never been cleaner! The room looks great, looking forward to painting it and using it in winter!

Craig turned up on time, he was professional, polite and welcoming.
We told Craig what we wanted and he advised us as to the best approach for our home. We were looking to have new windows and doors for the whole house and so really appreciated being guided by him.

We had all our windows replaced this last week including a bifold door install and we're delighted with the results by Correct Choice. From start to finish, the whole process has been a pleasure. With the house being a renovation project, we were grateful Craig gave us accurate installation dates at the order stage (installed 1 week before scheduled) No typical sales pitch and spiel Craig which we both loved. Highly recommended local company, we had all our windows replaced plus a new 2 leaf bifold door fitted and the quality and service were excellent. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to do business with Craig; we were kept informed all the way through the process and Nick and Jack did an excellent job all week fitting them. Top quality workmanship, nothing was too much trouble and I absolutely love my new windows and door! Cannot praise these guys highly enough, they know their stuff and such good value.

We initially stated with a quote over email based on my measurements & specs. Craig got this over to me straight away, it was the best price & quality of window out of 5 quotes I was getting at the time.
