The company specialises in luxury hotels, hospitality and high end residential projects. Whilst this still forms the core of the business, the company portfolio has expanded into student accommodation, commercial, retail, restaurants and bars. BOX works on projects in London, the UK and Internationally.
We believe that the most effective Project Management starts at the earliest stage of a project. We strive to achieve all of the project goals and objectives whilst adhering to scope, quality, time and budget. We can undertake the identification and procurement of the various specialist and design consultants best suited to each individual project.
The Client requires an impartial administrator to ensure the project runs smoothly and is clearly documented and instructed so all parties are clear on the work scope. BOX are experienced on working as Contract Administrator on the full suite of the standard JCT, amended and bespoke contracts as well as the Employer's Agent role for Design and Build contracts.
