Lee is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the commercial property sector.
He started his career at EA Shaw before moving to Nelson Bakewell in 2006 and then Capita Symonds where he was an Associate Director until he formed Rougemont Property Consultants in 2012 where Lee is a Director.
Lee specialises in Dilapidations and Project Management work but is involved in all facets of Building Consultancy working with Institutional Investors and Developers on Asset Management strategies and refurbishment works and development from demolition, new build and back to frame refurbishment projects.Neil is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has worked in Private Practice for over 30 years.
