TCL carried out a full building survey to a property that we're currently in the process of purchasing. The knowledge and experience of their surveyor, Des Kelly is incredible, and due to this, ultimately saved us a lot of money in unexpected maintenance that needs to be carried out to the property we are purchasing.

Matt and the team were very professional with regards to our survey, which proved very worthwhile identifying a lot of underlying issues although nothing major but what we would have been none the wiser too. He was also very helpful with many a questions we had afterwards for the works and costs! Would highly recommend.
