Services
Fixed wire testing is the testing of the circuits contained within the fabric of your building. The socket outlets, lighting circuits and various others. The two main dangers associated with electricity are risk of electric shock and risk of fire.
An emergency lighting system is a legal requirement for every employer or business that encounters the general public as well as being required for HMO properties. At KGESTC Ltd, we are able to design, supply, install, test and commission emergency lighting complying with the current British Standards.
The purpose of an Emergency Lighting Inspection and Test Certificate is to assist in maintaining a 'Life Safety' system which provides reliable and safe egress from buildings/areas subjected to poor lighting conditions in time of emergency.
On completion of the testing works we provide a free no obligation quotation for remedial works to rectify any faults identified from the condition report to ensure the continued safety of your electrical installation. On completion of any remedial works an NICEIC Minor Works certificate or an Electrical Installation certificate will be provided.
Landlords must be able to prove that all of the above are in a reasonable state of repair and in proper working order. Landlords are required to ensure that regular electrical safety inspections are carried out by a competent person, and that anything that fails to pass the inspection is replaced or repaired immediately.

Awful experience dealing with a representative about a fault in a job they had done, kindly asked for them to fix the issue and they said yes but they’d need to charge Additional fee’s for a job that they didn’t do right!?!?
