Contacted David via Check-a-Trade site to arrange a quote to upgrade storage heaters. He was due yesterday between 3 - 4pm but when he hadn't arrived by then I called his office, he'd not even left yet and was approx half an hour away. We rearranged for 4:30pm today but he never showed up. Not only that but he didn't bother to call or email to say he couldn't make it. Am extremely disappointed at the awful service, looks like I'm taking my business elsewhere.
