Bodge job. Bathroom completed less than two years ago and now having to pay £2k to have shower cubicle redone as it was so poorly fitted, leaking and mouldy. Was never right from start, complained and took six weeks to get guy back out who didn't do anything that resolved issue. Finish on rest of bathroom poor too.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Amongst a multitude of serious mistakes made, the main reason is that the owner, Scott, lunged at me, screaming and swearing. He had to be physically removed from my flat by another tradesman.
I have since got another plumber in to rectify all the mistakes made, which were:
- They diverted shower, toilet and sink waste into a RAIN pipe – yes - rain, not a waste pipe
- Used water pipes instead of waste pipes
- Used the wrong size of pipes, the pipes they used were significantly too small
- Used 3 right hand bends within the pipes instead of a curve
- Was told by Scott

Our bathroom was completed on 4th May, 2017, and a very good job indeed. However, we first put on our heating, albeit briefly, on 9th July and a small pool of water appeared on the radiator cap. So, my wife contacted Scott on 10th July and 19th July without a response. She again emailed on 4th August and Scott agreed to call. Scott called Friday 11th August. He came without tools and borrowed my shifter and made the leak worse so that we woke to a pool of water in the bathroom; it would be 5 days before Michael might come! On 12th August I wrote an angry email telling Scott not to come back but

I have just had my bathroom ripped out and replaced and am delighted with the results .Danny and Darren are genuinely nice guys who work to the highest standards and expectations of the client. I felt at ease leaving them to the job on hand when I went on holiday and I returned to find the work completed within the agreed time limit. Any small niggles (e.g. box of tiles I had ordered online was broken and had to be replaced) was dealt with quickly to ensure there were no delays to the project time.Nothing was too much bother for the guys.
