Had my bathroom done. Colin highlighted before he took on the job to read his reviews including the negative one.
I disregarded the negative review as the positive reviews outnumbered this.
Jim and Terry did a great job in my bathroom and the tilers were excellent.
I am well pleased with the final completed revamp of my bathroom and would recommend this company.

I arranged with Colin to bring our ensuite bathroom into the 21st century.
I had assumed that he would merely replace like for like. How wrong I was! His ideas for improving the layout were absolutely spot-on. His fitters, Jim and Terence and his two expert tilers were also right on the money. The whole job was completed in four days despite the snow and icy weather. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. What would with your average bathroom company be charged as extras (for example fitting accessories) was thrown in as a “freebie”.

Extremely happy with my shower room. Decided to go with Osprey on the great reviews online. Polite, tidy and skilful grafters. Jim, Terence and the tilers completed the job in 3 days and we are loving the new room - especially the sound system in the ceiling. Colin answered all my questions patiently and I will wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends

Thank you Colin and Gordon and your team. They have done an amazing job in doing the kitchen. From taking the old kitchen out and disposing of it. The new plasterwork, putting in the new kitchen and the tiling and new floor. Fantastic job,, great workers and clean and tidy. I can highly recommend them to anyone with the confidence the person would have a high class job done.

The work was carried out within a few weeks of tender. Jimmy transformed a grim 90s internal bathroom into a bright modern shower room, which I cannot spend enough time in now.
The quality of finish surpassed my expectations and visitors always make a jealous comment now on how relaxing my bathroom feels.
Would definitely use again, next stop kitchen!!

I did extensive research before approaching Osprey and was not disappointed with the service.
Colin was patient and gave good practical advice, he does what is says on the tin and more. Jim the plumber and Kieran arrived on time; they are cleanest and tidiest workers I have ever experienced. The standard of workmanship
