We had been recommended to the client by a family friend who we had supplied and fitted their bathroom for them just months before. The client wanted a luxury bathroom to also include a walk in shower giving a wet room effect. The client was delighted with the finished look and has recommended us on to other clients and family members.

We visited many show rooms before selecting Bathroom Continentals to design and install our bathroom. The customer experience was first class and I can be quite critical when it comes to trades, however they were professional from start to finish and provided a one-stop shop service with all trades. Rosa on the shop floor was fantastic and put us at ease straight away and Daniel in the Customer Services team kept in contact with us to confirm delivery and install dates. Overall, this is by far the best customer experience I have had in a long time and I would highly recommend Bathrooms Continental

Ordered my bathroom refurb from this company. From the initial encounter to completion was first class. Showroom is excellent with plenty choices. Showroom staff were professional,friendly,and knowledgeable.easy transaction then work commenced shortly after. The workmen were also professional,and friendly. And done an amazing job. Bluetooth mirror. Whilpool,jacuzzi bath with lights included. New flooring etc. Love it.

Looks great on the surface, but dig a little deeper and corners have been cut. Floor not prepared properly for tiles meaning they don't last, crack and move. Shower tray siliconed directly onto floorboards, big no no, causing a long term slow leak. Big problems a few years down the line and your bathroom will need replaced

Off to a good start - they were very helpful and talked us through our design step by step. They quickly came round to the house, measured the bathroom up and gave us a few design ideas when we went in for our next visit.
Unfortunately the measurements were incorrect and we were given a bath that was too large for the space - about 2 inches out. Our plumber managed to make it fit by cutting away at the wall but we required a different tap as the square one we chose wouldn't fully turn due to the tight space.
We contacted BC to discuss sending back the tap in lieu of a smaller one that would fit

I had the pleasure of having my bathroom installed by bathroom continental in 2014. It still looks as good as new. It's so easy to keep clean and tidy. A few days ago I contacted the showroom for assistance in helping me source a part for my bathroom. Within a few minutes, they had sourced the part for me and I was able to pop into the showroom today to pick it up. I was greeted with a warm welcome. My mum recommended me to Bathrooms Continental after having her bathroom fitted and being really impressed. The experience from start to finish was first class from Rosa helping me pick my bathroom to getting it all fitted was as smooth as possible. The tiler, joiner, plumber, electrician were all exceptional and tidied up so well you would never have known any one was in. All the rubbish was removed on a daily basis. I couldn't fault any of the team and always there at the end of phone for any queries. Thanks again to you all for my dream bathroom x :)

We recently had a Shower Room refitted and the great workmanship and quality finish can’t be faulted. From Roy visiting to measure up the room and create designs, to the Showroom, with Rosa helping us to choose what we wanted, the service was friendly and professional. The fitting team, Brian and Barry deserve a special mention for all the work they put in. They are nice guys who are very hard working and dedicated to creating the perfect finish for the customers. John, Dougie and Davy also deserve a mention for the part they played. This is the third refit we have had done by Bathrooms Continental
