Thank you for visiting our web page, we hope that we have provided all the information you need. Buying a park home can be a stressful process. You will be told that "you don't need a survey" and "nobody has ever had a survey on this park before"! We have heard these quotes virtually every day for the last 25 years.
Would you buy a second hand car without a MOT or warranty? Park homes will last a lifetime but only if they have been well maintained. It is vitally important that you know the condition of your new park home and that there are no nasty surprises around the corner. An average park home survey takes between 2 - 3 hours and is recorded in an easy to read written report, which includes colour photos and generally consists or 20 - 30 pages.
Our Park Home surveys and Leisure Lodge surveys are comprehensive and are classed as a full structural survey. Our surveyor does not wear a suit and is often found covered in cobwebs and dust. Initially on arrival all measurements of the home and distances to boundaries are recorded.

Services
We offer a full and comprehensive inspection to the underside of your home. Base; cracks or subsidence and drainage issues. Supports; corrosion, recommended positions, correctly adjusted and recommended size and number. Chassis; distortion to steelwork and corrosion. Insulation; type and any sections that may be missing.
Your roof tiles are manufactured from pressed metal into shapes to give the tiles the appearance of a traditional roof tile. Once the metal is pressed into the shape of a tile they are then coated with primer followed by adhesive on which the natural stone chippings are added. The colour is then added either charcoal, terracotta or green, the paint also helps to seal the coating on the tiles.
