Established as Tompkins Robinson and Partners in 1973 by Keith Tompkins and Alan Robinson, Tompkins Robinson Surveyors is based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire and acts for Clients throughout the country. Further afield TRS has provided Quantity Surveying services on projects in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
The Practice acts for both Public and Private Clients on appointments ranging from small scale to multi-million pound schemes. It has enjoyed an association with many of its Clients for over thirty years. Services
The redevelopment of Knights Court is a flagship project for Wellingborough Homes. This 8M contract over two phases involves the new build construction of a 40 bedroom assisted living block and refurbishment of three outer blocks. TRS are providing Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying services to Wellingborough Homes.
