Services
A building survey is most suited to large properties, old buildings and properties that are unoccupied and/or in disrepair. Our expert surveyors provide a detailed report on the condition of the property comprehensively setting out structural and other defects and providing a summary with our recommendations.
The RICS Home Buyer's Report ("HBR") is a survey most suited to flats, apartments and modern properties. Presented in a pro-forma style, the HBR is technically a less detailed property inspection than a Building Survey. However, all aspects of a building that are readily and safely accessible, visible from ground or upper floor levels and which can be examined without risk of causing damage to the property are looked at.

Excellent service from everyone at Castles. The surveyor was very professional and always there, or received a call back when I had silly questions/requests. Receptionist was friendly and explained everything I needed to know. It wasn’t the cheapest place I found but I’m glad I went with them no regrets.

We needed a valuation and report on our North London portfolio. We chose Castles because they have the most experienced surveyors with some of the best and long standing experience in the local residential property market locally.
