This includes unlimited call-outs 365 days a year and any part that has failed within the boiler casing.

We originally went to book in a general boiler inspection which was quick and easy to do using the online form.
However, soon after, we noticed water stains appear on our ceiling and started to panic. I spoke to Tom about this and he was brilliant. We went over some likely culprits, he explained everything to me in ways I could understand, and he then came and checked it all out in no time.
He found a few issues and had to order the parts to resolve. The parts came quickly and he was back with us the next day to finish the job.
As well as being efficient and knowledgeable, Tom was funny, friendly
