Extremely happy with the telephone conversation with Mrs Yearnshire she was very helpful and informative and really went out of her way to totally explain what I needed to do and give me a phone number for someone to service my boiler.
Audrey is available to answer your queries and offer every assistance between 9.00 am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday when you are invited to telephone or email us. However we do not offer an out of hours emergency service unless we have carried out work for you in the past-or unless you have a real emergency which really cannot wait.

Yearnshires have serviced our heating system for many years and when our ageing boiler packed up in February they were able to respond quickly and install a new ATAG boiler. All work carried out within quoted price and left without mess or debris. Tony and Stephen are knowledgeable and experienced as is Audrey who runs the administration very efficiently and helpfully. Very happy with the result!

We have used A.J Yearnshire for many years for annual boiler services and the guys are always prompt, professional, friendly and leave the area tidy. I have also been helped out of a tricky, no heating situation by Audrey over the phone with a good ‘triage’ system of questions that helped me get up and running without the need for a call out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this family run business.

Excellent service , Audrey is a polite lady on the end of the phone who tries to rectify the problem of the boiler or heating systems, by asking a checklist of questions, knows her stuff, solved the problem very quickly.
Offers an excellent service on the phone and appointments are arranged if needed. Prompt repairs and installations, very good value of money.
