My Mum (70) used Bespoke Bathrooms to install a wet room for my Dad (82) who has Alzheimer's and has just had a stroke. The original quote was 10000. My Mum was repeatedly asked for unjustified stage payments, and the work dragged on over schedule. The price kept going up as my Mum was threatened that if she didn't pay he'd take his workmen of the job. I feel that my Mum was manipulated. Her weak situation was abused. They knew she was desperate so they kept asking for more more money. The last stage payment would have taken the cost over 12000. She rightly took Bespoke Bathrooms off the job. As
