Our new showroom has been lovingly created on the back of over 15 years of experience within the bathroom industry. Lush Bathrooms brought our vision for a spa-like getaway to reality. When we were ready to tackle the awkward angles and poorly plumbed problems in our master bedroom and ensuite I knew I needed a company that was detailed, design savvy and experienced to create the room we craved, not a box standard British bathroom.

A massive thanks to Keith & the team! These guys really know how to design bathrooms and deliver them with outstanding customer service and excellent communication throughout the journey. The whole project from start to finish was managed by Keith and the team and no matter what challenges arose during the build the team (Charles is a wizard) worked it out and made it happen! Even after it was finished my wife happened to mention how big the bath was and she couldn't reach the bottom with her feet.... Keith then set about commissioning a custom made Corian insert at his own expense! Fantastic service

Thank you to Keith and the team at Lush bathrooms. They went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful en-suite for us. They managed to turn a really tired room around with some clever ideas and lovely finishes.
Keith was great throughout the process, communicated everything that was happening and even drove to London to pick up a sink when ours was stuck on a ship somewhere! That is customer commitment for you.
We have a little downstairs toilet that needs sorting soon and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks.

Very poor communicators. I was trying to get a quote and they wouldn't pin down a day that they could measure up, much less a time. Refused to use the phone, all communication was via e-mail, and when they're asking if you'll be around in the next couple of hours that's not very effective. Didn't even get a response to my last e-mail which had all the measurements and details of what I wanted.
They never even asked what my budget was, which if they had I may have gotten better service.

Lush bathrooms have just completed our en suite wet room and the end result is indeed lush 😊. From end to end, the personal service we received was excellent, the team really went the extra mile to make us happy. Great design, sublime workmanship on the installation and pin point attention to detail. Now we have trusted Lush with our en suite, we wouldn’t go anywhere else for bathrooms...already planning the next project!
