Not only do you get a lovely welcome from the very pleasant staff here but also lots of good advice, especially from Mary, who has been so helpful and patient with our very very difficult project. We ordered shower panels which were delivered promptly and look lovely and will be down to order our vanity units which Mary took so much time over planning as we were limited in measurements we could have. We couldn't have received better service had we had a bathroom designer out . I can't recall the last time we have been in a store and received such good service.

Took my elderly mum their for a new bathroom suite, & shower/panels tiles/bathroom storage mirror. A lady called Mary was so helpful, patient & kind at helping match styles, & colours of shower panels & tiles together. Saved my mum £800 & was delivered on time & to room we wanted. Quality products, great price & service. Thank you

There is a lady that is clearly trying to put this company into disrepute, using various aliases etc. PLEASE Ignore them! They have all been reported to the proper authorities. If in doubt please contact the business owner direct where you i cam assure you that any impending customers a polite and honest customer service.

I bought a radiator 4 years ago from this company. It had a 10 year guarantee. It has since cracked and is faulty. I have sent many emails and rang this company many times on the number listed here but am unable to get through. Please can someone let me know a contact number where someone will pick up so that I can process a refund with you? I have been trying to contact you for at least 8 months.

I had a terrible time with this company who took my money for some panels that were delivered but i was unable to get them up the stairs. I purchased them in November 2019 and it took till February 2020 for them to collect after me phoning every other day. Then I had to wait until November 2020 for a refund after phoning every other day. Then they took a 25% restocking fee that was not mentioned on purchase or on the quote or when i asked for them to be collected. He was then rude to me as I lost my temper because i could not get my money back from them.

I would recommend ibath Sheffield to anyone… They were very helpful and went out of there way to please. The fitting of my new bath was to a very high standard of workmanship and the quality was excellent too and a fantastic price. Will be back to get a new bathroom for my rented property. Thanks again for a great service.
