April 2021 did a full pack and move for us. From the first telephone call they were very friendly, great communication, very punctual. First time we have ever used a removal company and we were nervous but we didn’t need to be. Extremely hardworking, great packing and organising. Would highly recommend them for anything you need to move professionally.

Came to give me a quote, for some reason couldn’t give me it on the day said they would ring me. Never rang me so I chased them for a quote (should be about £500-600when I first rang). When I rang they said it would be £800 (12 hours labour) but they cannot do it now because they have now booked another move on the day we wanted “should have put a… deposit down to secure it” I replied I am not in the habit of putting deposits down when I have no firm quote. Left me without a removals with a week to run. Luckily got a more reliable company (Walkers) who did it
