Fantastic service from Ballards from start to finish. The removal team where just outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they where very helpful. When I asked the answer was always ‘that what we are here for’.

We picked Ballards from the start because the first person we spoke to on the phone seemed really polite and honest when tried their best to give us an approximate quote.
All the movers were professional and reliable. Overall, the packing service moving from our flat into storage and then down to London was practically seamless, and made what could have been an extremely stressful time much more manageable. Thank you!

Following the death of my father, I have dealt with a multitude of different firms and Government departments. The one service that stands out miles above the rest, was the service I received from Ballards. They were professional and competent throughout, including on the removal day itself. A very well organised process and I will never have any doubts about wholeheartedly recommending their service to anyone. Ballards did a phenomenal job moving my nearly 80 year old Mum today. The guys were so friendly and made a stressful day much easier. They had the van loaded by 11:00 am and unloading was even quicker. Nothing was broken. All very stress free. I can’t thank you enough for all your professionalism from the minute my Mum first enquired to the moment she signed the last of the paperwork on moving day. Superb Job! I've always moved myself but the years are starting to get the better of me. I needed a short notice move to temporary accommodation whilst work is being carried out on our own home, so contacted Ballards who were able to accommodate me.
What a team they sent, Dave and Ian were absolute heroes. Polite, professional, efficient , speedy, thorough . Nothing was too much for them and they really helped reduce the trauma of the day for myself and my wife. They were so supportive.

Have used Ballards quite a few times for van hire now. Always very easy to deal with the team in the office and the vans they provide are clean throughout.
The staff talk you through the controls for the tail and make sure you’re happy before leaving.
The 24 hour drop off really helps.
Would highly recommend to everyone.

The best moving experience by far!! From packing the day before by Pete and Sadie to the actual move itself.
