Bought a base cupboard with bookshelves and base cupboard for tv. Whole experience was first class. Until I started looking, I never realised how difficult finding a good pedestal desk (to replace my modern flatpack desk that had fallen apart!) was going to be - until I found The Desk Centre that is. Covid lockdown meant I had to buy online and so couldn't visit to see the 1920s desk I chose but James was most helpful and answered all my questions via email and in a phone call. We live about 200 miles from the shop and I was expecting all sorts of dramas getting the desk delivered.....not a bit of it.
I transferred the payment on Thursday and the desk arrived the following Tuesday, superbly

Like others I have recently ‘discovered’ The Desk Centre. And what a discovery for me. Having just moved home I wanted to set up an office and found the desk and chair that looked perfect for me. When they were delivered I was not disappointed at all. Absolutely stunning furniture and the service I received was second to none. Excellent job to all at The Desk Centre. Well done and thanks.

I recently found the desk centre - a niche service and supplier of excellent and varied period, and reproduction wooden furniture. The quality and range is second to none - a visit to the shop is a MUST! I can say that the team there really are knowledgeable, experts in their craft!
Having decided to look round, I was given customer service that was as superb as the furniture. no matter how many questions I had I was given as much time as I needed, no pressure or heavy sales techniques.

Update and repairs to elderly and well (very well) worn Gainsborough swivel chair, new base, part leather recovering, re- staining to match other office items. Result absolutely beautiful. Work done with care, knowledge and skill. Now I have a chair better than new that really looks right and at a good price. Have commissioned new small bookcase to unusual made to measure size to match . Companies like the desk centre are rare indeed.
