I can't praise T & S Architectural enough. I purchased six solar lights 15 months ago. These have a 12 month guarantee. Yesterday I had reason to open up one of these and discovered a manufacturing fault. I informed T & S late afternoon by email attaching a photo. I received a reply first thing today to say a replacement is in the post!

Amazing service from these guys. I made an online order and they noticed I'd only bought hinges and needed mounting plates to go with them so got in touch to let me know. They let me make a second order and knocked off the 2nd postage fee, putting both parts in the post together. Really appreciate that old school human service!

Excellent customer service both pre-sale and after sales support. I called after 5 pm with a query on installation and Terry was extremely helpful in answering my questions and followed up the next day with a resolution. We ordered a small item from these guys last week (An escutcheon cover for a door lock) The customer service was outstanding! We needed this quite urgently to complete a job and Stuart ensured it was delivered in the quickest time possible and even took the time to email to say it had been despatched. Extremely helpful over the phone. Would certainly use again and highly recommend :)
