Arnold & Baldwin offered a very professional service from initial consultation and booking right through to the full Level 3 report and follow up communications.
Having been referred by our estate agents we had no previously experience of their services but were very impressed with the level of detail, options and recommendations outlined in their report.
Would definitely recommend to any other potential buyers prior to completion.

Excellent and quick service.
We wanted a face-to-face appointment at the property to be able to ask the surveyor as may questions as possible, which they were happy to provide. This made us feel very reassured, as the flat we are purchasing is quite old and has not been looked after by the current landlord...

Arnold & Baldwin conducted the survey for our house purchase. They provided great, prompt customer support through-out, from the initial reach-out to when we needed to reschedule. On the day of the service, we received a call from our surveyor to explain the results, a very detailed report followed the day after, and the team also checked to see if we had any further questions. We will absolutely be thinking of them again, should we need another survey conducted.

I'm hardly a property tycoon, but I have engaged Arnold & Baldwin for a number of surveys. There is a clear difference in the customer service and quality of their work vs others. For example the home buyers report I received was full of useful and specific information, furthermore I was able to have a call with the surveyor to understand better the rating. Other reports I've had from other surveyors were just full of waffle! They are on the more expensive side for their services, but they are absolutely worth it. The quality and customer service really comes through.

L was very disappointed with Arnold & Baldwin. The surveyor failed to identify rising damp issues which cost over 5k to repair and meant the living room was out of use for months.
Joe Arnold was unwilling to accept any responsibility. I raised that in his response part of his decision not to accept responsibility was based on his assumption that I had removed the skirting board to discover the damp, when I had not. This was a testament to his inability to carry out a fair investigation void of bias for Arnold & Baldwin’s benefit. Arnold & Baldwin then contacted me to visit the property to consider
