Good price, talked to around ten agents and Aston James turned the valuation extremely quickly. They visited the property on the day I phoned, got the valuation in time for the board meeting and the charity I work for were able to contract to buy the house. Thanks to Mischa for sorting it all out and understanding the urgency.

Patrick at Aston James Associates carried out a buildings survey for us. He provided a clear and detailed report which was easy to understand. It was much better than a report we commissioned on a different property last year. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is because we had to wait longer than expected for the report.
