Fantastic service from Ray who came, diagnosed and sorted our problem, putting our minds at ease.
We had thought we had a carpenter ant infestation but turned out just to be damp and other issues we knew about already, mixed with a colony of 'normal' ants.
I was especially impressed that he went out of the way to deal with the issue in a manner that would have as little impact on other insect/animal life as possible.
Very professional service from Ray and Kelly in the office and will definitely use for any future issues.

Absolutely fantastic and quick response, they identified the sources and could not have been quicker to advise the letting agents with the solutions, they also found contributing factors from adjacent properties and advised on them, it was probably outside the scope of why they were called, but great to see since it was contributing to my properties issues and demonstrates there commitment to cure the cause not just the problem.
Would recommend them.

I used Urban Pest Control to remove Cyril the Squirrel and his mate who had chewed their way in and taken up residence in Mum's attic space. Josh was prompt and efficient in dealing with the issue and understanding of the need to ensure that my elderly Mum was not even aware, all in all so v glad I called UPC no more worry about gnawing and scuttling in the attic!
