From the moment I enquired about our issue Paul immediately explained what it was likely to be on the first phone call and told us what to do. Despite being busy he was able to come out the following day and gave me some tips about what I could do in the meantime. The issue has now been resolved following the different visits to carry out treatment and we have had no issues since. I was incredibly grateful to have so much information about why and how it was happening as well as what we can do to reduce issues in the future. Great, friendly service and reasonable price. Paul inspected our eaves and then came back to block the holes where the birds were entering. Also recommended mortar be repointed in the future to prevent further problems. Would definitely recommend.

Paul and his colleague firstly sprayed the loft to exterminate the cluster fly infestation and then came back 24 hours later to clear out the insulation which was full of dead flies ready for the loft to be re-insulated and then boarded. The loft was then fully sprayed again to remove any remaining bacteria. They were polite and courteous at all times and left the loft clean and tidy, removing the old insulation and taking it to a hazardous waste centre. We were very satisfied with the results.
