The work was carried out professionally with comprehensive advise and a charming dog called Max who expertly found the rat entry points.

I contacted Terry when we suspected we had rats in our house cavity. I chose him because of his outstanding reviews and we were not disappointed. On the first phone call he described what he would do, and why. We knew the cost up front. It included a thorough inspection of the entire property on the first visit, including drains, installing traps and bait boxes as appropriate, and two follow up visits. Terry, and his assistant Max, provide a very thorough and professional service. Terry came to our house promptly to investigate nocturnal movement in/around our roof space. After a thorough survey of our property, including sewers and drainage pipes, did not find evidence of rats and was able to deduce the culprit had not entered the house, a deduction later backed up with surveillance cameras and traps and monitors of various forms in our roof space.
