Nicola Richardson is a Chartered Architect offering a professional and bespoke service to her clients. Nicola set up the practice in 2011 and has more than 12 years experience working within the construction industry as a fully qualified architect. She gained experience whilst working for an award winning practice in Buckinghamshire as an Associate Architect.
During that time she worked on a wide range of projects from small residential extensions to large commercial developments, schools and offices. The practice predominantly works on residential new builds, extensions and conversions, but has a wide understanding and experience in different sectors.

This detached house in Headington required updating and extending. Various extensions from the past have been unified within the new design, which included a large loft conversion and new kitchen dining extension. Completed in 2020.
