Great service all round. Efficient, responsive and friendly when making arrangements, very competitive pricing. On the day of the move the team were excellent and made me feel reassured that all would go smoothly, which it did! We moved a 3 bedroom house contents across the country. Nothing was too much trouble in both the packing and moving process and the guys worked extremely hard on both days . Thank you all- Andy in the office, Dean, Andy , Troy and Walid.

Loads4Less are amazing and stepped in when we had to cancel our previous movers because they wouldn't adhere to Covid safety. L4L were really empathetic and wanted to help at short notice, allowing us to squeeze our apartment move from Norwich to London in before Christmas. Our mover, Wallid, was an absolute star. So friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. He arrived early, packed the whole apartment in 15 mins, and got us to London in less than 2 hours. Honestly turned our situation around in a flash and gave us a great start to a new chapter in our new home. Thank you Wallid and the team

Removal team were very prompt (in fact 10 minutes early) and careful in their environment (cream carpet and wet day). Loading was swift and efficient. On arrival at destination, removal team placed and rebuilt items as required finishing entire job in record time. Team were personable, good humoured and friendly. Van was clean. Smart appearance. We had a double bed moved and installed by Dean and Troy this week - they were so efficient and very friendly. It isn’t easy getting a double bed through baby gates and round tough corners but they made it seem effortless! From start to finish, very easy to use service, great customer service and very reasonable. Our job was done on hourly rate and you could tell they were going as smoothly and quickly as possible so as not to charge us any more than necessary. Would definitely use them again!
