Services
We are a removal company based in the Norwich area, but we offer removal services of part or full loads throughout the UK. We offer a free no-obligation quotation service, we arrange a mutually convenient time, including evenings if you work full-time, for us to visit you at your home to discuss your requirements.
Sometimes storing your furniture is necessary. Perhaps you need to store furniture between moves, maybe you are de-cluttering your house or you might be having building work done. Whatever your reason we have a fully insured storage facility which is covered by a 24 hour security system. Prices for our storage range from as little as 5 per week depending on the amount you require to be stored.
Our Man with Van service offers the same services as our Removals service and insurance is fully included in all our prices. Our prices can be on a fixed scale or we can work on an hourly rate, whichever suits you better. Prime Movers has over 25 years of experience and we understand that moving your furniture is a very personal service.
We offer a home packing service if you prefer professional packers to do your packing for you. We tailor each job to suit each individual need so we can pack just one room or your whole house whatever you prefer. If you need a full packing service, we normally arrive the day before you are due to move to do this.
Prime Movers can also provide a full or part house, garden, garage or shed clearance for you. There are many reasons why you may need to clear your home; perhaps you're down-sizing or maybe a relative has died and you need to clear their furniture for Probate. As with all our other services, we are fully insured.

Kevin, Stuart and Daniel did a fantastic job helping us move into a new home, with good humour and a professional manner, taking care of every item. The work required troubleshooting a couple of particularly complex items but the team knew their stuff and some clever workarounds we were all moved in. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free move.

Kevin, Stuart and Daniel were incredibly efficient and professional, getting us moved swiftly even during such difficult circumstances (pandemic AND snow!) When the snow initially delayed our move, Kevin moved heaven and earth to get us moved as quickly as possible. I would highly reccommend Prime Movers to anyone.

Contacted Prime Removals at late notice and they were fantastic. Kevin even told me that if he was fully booked on our moving date he would find someone who could move us. Luckily for us he was free on our completion day. 😀
I really can’t recommended them enough, they were brilliant. They definitely took the stress out of a stressful situation. I almost enjoyed the organised chaos which comes with moving house!! Kevin, Stu and Daniel were so organised and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to them for their hard work, it was very appreciated.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Moved me and my kids 5 mins down the road but managed to "lose" my son's Frog bicycle (bought for £300) and damaged my sofa bed when they reassembled it so the "bed" bit now floats away from main body of sofa- ie I've got 2 single beds now instead of one double. They refuse to accept liability for any loss or damage done. Cowboys- do not use them.

Absolutely fantastic service received from Kevin and the team. Friendly, efficient and professional from start to finish.

Kevin and the team moved my partner and I to a new house three hours away. They were professional, efficient and friendly - all three worked hard without breaks and got everything loaded and unloaded extremely quickly. It was a difficult move (moving from a first-floor flat) with a lot of items to fit into the van and they did a brilliant job. No damage was done to items or either property and the van was well equipped for fragile and awkward items. Heartily recommended and will use again.
