I couldn't be happier with the service. I was a bit strapped for cash at the time so I had them quote to move just the big items of furniture (I intended to move smaller boxes etc myself in my car as I wasn't on a deadline to move), however Phil turned up on the day with an extra van he had spare and moved everything in one go for no extra cost. They took great care of everything, were very friendly, and even made extra effort of getting the sofas through some very tight corridors and doors at the other end (which many removals guys probably wouldn't have bothered with).

The team did an excellent job moving us in. They were very careful when loading the vans to ensure nothing was broken and also very careful when dismantling and moving furniture through the house. They were up front about costs and worked hard to deliver the best possible value for their service. They were very flexible around timings which meant I was able to move in with quite late notice. Very friendly team and would happily recommend and use them again.

This was the first time that I had moved house and used removals and I have to say from start to finish Smooth Move were amazing. The two guys that came were really friendly, helpful and professional. They dismantled my beds and table and put them up again the other end, as well as offering to help me manoeuvre things so I could fit them in!! They worked right up until 6pm and still offered to help with anything else I needed! Thanks very much and I will definitely recommend.

We chose smooth move after seeing recommendations on Facebook and reading all their 5* reviews. We made a really good choice and we were so pleased with their service on the moving day. Review of Luke Browne - move to West Sussex on 5/1/19 - First class service from this company today. Phil was very easy to work with from the very first contact and Pete was a stand-up guy today doing a distance move to another county.
Would absolutely recommend - they wrapped and strapped everything, drove professionally, worked hard from start to finish.

I can't recommend Phil and his team highly enough. From start to finish their service was excellent - efficient, calm, friendly and extremely good value. Nothing was too much trouble both before the move and during it. Smooth Move's service was definitely the one highlight in a very stressful period when we ended up moving into storage when our house purchase fell through. They took exceptional care of all our things and managed the whole move to Kent with friendly good humour. It felt like waving off friends after two days of being with them! Phil and his team did a great job when I moved house. They were very flexible when I had to change the date a couple of times. They turned up when they said they would, were friendly, efficient and super-keen to get everything just right. They got the job done with no stress, no fuss and every item arrived in perfect condition. Plus their fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Initially booked and Phil came round to price up and see how many vans would be needed. Very professional and friendly from the outset.
We had issues with completion being pushed back so needed to change our booking. Smooth Move was unfortunately booked for the new date but was helpful and gave me some numbers of similar independent companies.
Their booking had the same issue we had and Phil called me up to let me know. I hadn't gotten round to booking another company and as Phil had already been round and I'd met him I was more than happy to use smooth move removals.
Moving day was Friday,
